Each redemption of a Klujo reward can be tracked from within the dashboard.
Step #1 – Go to the Rewards page in your admin dashboard and click on the reward you would like to analyse.
Step #2 – Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and click on the button “List Codes”. You should see the names of the users who redeemed this reward as well as the system generated code for tracking purposes.
If you are tracking this redemption and want to validate that this reward was successfully delivered to the user, you may also mark it as “Redeemed”.
