Klujo collects valuable data about your games and helps you make sense of the information gathered. The following data is collected as users interact with your games.


Views – whenever the popup is displayed to the user, the system counts this as 1 view. These are not unique views but total views of the game. If the user refreshes the page (or clears their cookies) and the popup is displayed again, then another view is detected.


Starts – whenever the game is started, the system counts this as 1 start. Users might decide to restart the game and play again when the timer has expired.


Completions – whenever the game is successfully completed, the system counts this as 1 completion. Some games can be be solved by the system (puzzle and wordhunt) if the user decides to do so. This is also counted as a completion.


Conversion – Whenever the user clicks on the CTA button (either to redirect to an external page or to the Klujo rewards page), the system counts this as 1 conversion.


 

The following metrics are  computed using the data collected:


Engagement Rate. This depicts the percentage of users that started the game when it was presented to them.


Completion Rate. This depicts the percentage of users that successfully completed the game when it was presented to them.


Conversion Rate. This depicts the percentage of users that converted from the game when it was presented to them.
